The Board of Directors of The DeSoto Arts Center has the sole discretion to refuse any work of art that it determines objectionable.

All artists entering our events agree to allow DeSoto Arts Center to use their artwork in advertising, press releases, on our website, and in any other promotional opportunities. Care will be taken to give each artist and work proper credit.

Please see the website artwork agreement for rules on posting and selling your artwork on our DAC website.

Members are subject to all rules of membership which may change from time to time.
